Amazing Group Instructors

I absolutely Love the Summit. Our family joined over a year ago and has been committed to come almost every day for the past year. I like Martial Arts, Biking, and Cross Training and The Summit offers me the fitness training I need to achieve higher goals and to embrace a higher quality of life.

I love the variety that the Summit offers through group classes, fitness equipment and free weights. The group instructors at the Summit are top notch and are always so committed to provide such an uplifting atmosphere that you never leave a class without being challenged. I love that about their staff!

Some of the classes I enjoy at the Summit are: Group Power, Kickboxing, and Spin. However, there is one class that has been the most beneficial for me and my family and that is Healthy Postures. To have this class as part of your membership is just an amazing bonus! For many years I had lower back pain from previous ranch work, but being committed to Lorri’s posture class for the past year has not only brought me out of back pain, but has also helped correct a lot of alignment issues that probably would have led to future joint replacements. She share wonderful health tis! This class is a complete blessing and has helped me and my family to enjoy a more pain free life =)

Kudos to all the staff at the Summit including all group fitness instructors. Your committed efforts are greatly appreciated. It makes fitness fun and challenging. I would say, if anyone has never tried a group fitness class, you’re missing out on a great workout!

There’s an old proverb that states: “He who has health, has hope. And he who has hope, has everything”

I am back at the top of my game thanks to the summit, and also Lorrie’s health posture class. I am now able to lift weights, take long hikes, ride the bikes for an aerobic workout, basically any thing I want to do. After 12 years of pain killers and no physical activity I was in rough shape. Not any more! Thank you Summit Athletic, and especially you Lorrie for all the time and dedication you invest in all your classes.

I am new the Summit Atheletic Club. I love the Healthy Posture Class that Lorrie teaches. She is Very high energy & motivates you to hang in there to strengthen your muscular system to improve your posture.

The other class that I like a lot also is the Yoga class that Chondra teaches. That class for me helps me physically but it also very Meditative

I have been a member of the Summit Athletic Club for over a year, because I live in Cedar City and work in St. George I am only able to take one class (Lorrie Soqui’s healthy posture) and it has been a life saver for me as I suffer from sciatica, her class is therapeutic and healing. Lorrie truly cares for her students and is committed to improving health and quality of life.

A friend told me about the Healthy Posture class as she knew I had been depressed. I went to the class to try it and fell in love with it. Lorrie Soqui (Perfect Posture Class) is such a great person with personality plus and her knowledge and training is the very best. It amazes me how she knows each one in her class and watches you and makes certain you are doing the exercises right to get the very most out of it. She truly cares about you and if she doesn’t she certainly has me fooled! Lorrie is truly motivational and makes you really try, not just during her class but as you live your life. I wish I had known her years ago and not just found her when I was 76 years old. There is a lot of muscle tone I have lost and she has encouraged me to go to the gym and use the equipment. The equipment area is kept really clean and the machines are up to date and excellent. I feel so much better the few weeks I have been attending and am feeling much happier. My husband and I are very happy with our membership at Summit Athletic Club.
