Life Changing Classes!

The Summit has helped me to totally commit to a healthier lifestyle… the instructors are above and beyond inspirational!

The classes and instructors that have had the biggest impact on changing my attitude toward exercise and contributing to my new found dedication to life-long health are: Healthy Postures with Lori and Group Power with Deb and Sherry. I honestly can’t see a future for my health without these two vital classes.

Lorri’s teaching is such a blessing in my life!!! Her desire to help people of all levels of health radiates into the most encouraging class I have ever experienced. I appreciate so much that she is watching out for and caring for every individual that comes her way. The class’s structure is based on a combination of Pilate Physical Therapy and in my opinion should be a class that is taken by everyone for a foundation of correct posture to enable them to proceed with all other exercises without injury and with proper form. After taking her class for a little over one year now, I look back to my physical health when I first joining The Summit and see how much my health and well being has improved by being committed to her class. I am excited to say that I am pain free in all of my joints, shoulders and lower back now. Lorri’s positive, motivating spirit has helped me to stay dedicated and very aware of what my body needs in order to be healthy. Its a head to toe adjustment and alignment workout in one hour! Lorri calls it “decompression”. I sleep so much better at night when I have taken her class. She is a wealth of knowledge and I look forward every time to the wisdom she shares while teacher her class.

Deb and Sherry… what fun gals!!!!! Sweet ladies with GREAT attitudes! I enjoy the “positive charge” I get from taking their classes! Their class is structured in a way that combines weights with FUN! Something I thought to be a total contradiction in the past when it came to exercise! From head to toe I feel so much stronger. I’m guessing that is why the class is called “POWER”. The routines and music for the routines change every month so that there is variety. I also appreciate the advice given on approximately how much weight should be used so that there is a guideline to work up to. I actually have muscle tone now that I haven’t seen since I was a teenager! I contribute that to the combination of Healthy Postures and Group Power together. I am so thrilled that my whole family/kids too can attend both of these classes… very family friendly classes! Lots of friends have been made in these group classes too!

The Summit is a home away from home for my husband and I. We look forward every day to be a part of The Summit family. We both LOVE healthy Postures/Lorri and Group Power/Deb & Sherry!
