WHAT IS ACTIV8?
6 week youth athletic performance training your youth athlete will be working on
SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER AND AGILITY.
Throughout the 6 weeks, Cody Carpenter will be progressing them through drills so they will experience improvements throughout the program.
- Sessions are 60 minutes, meeting 2x’s per week
- Starts October 12th
- Participants need to sign up by October 8th
- Members: $195
- Nonmembers: $225
- Location: Bluff Location
- Age Group: (Boys and Girls Train Together)
