WHAT IS ACTIV8?

6 week youth athletic performance training your youth athlete will be working on

SPEED, STRENGTH, POWER AND AGILITY.

Throughout the 6 weeks, Cody Carpenter will be progressing them through drills so they will experience improvements throughout the program.

  • Sessions are 60 minutes, meeting 2x’s per week
  • Starts October 12th
  • Participants need to sign up by October 8th
  • Members: $195
  • Nonmembers: $225
  • Location: Bluff Location
  • Age Group: (Boys and Girls Train Together)
