2023 Spring Classes
March 7th – May 30th

For our golf enthusiasts. Golf is a great game and to perform one’s best requires flexibility, strength, agility, balance and stamina. All of which can be attained by certain exercises!

One exercise we recommend is:
– Hold a 2 – 5 pound weight in both hands.
– Extend your arms straight out from your chest
– Rotate to your right 90 degrees
– Then rotate to your left 180 degrees

Do this for 10 reps, twice daily.
