In this class, you’ll find a healthier and more balanced you. Connect with your mind, body, and spirit and discover your inner Zen. Practice mindfulness through accessible slow flow yoga for all levels (including beginners, pose modifications and YES, guys are welcome too). We’ll incorporate breath work, strengthening, balance poses, stretching, and meditation.
