Moving at a meditative pace and emphasizing purposeful breathing, you’ll achieve peace and calmness throughout your body, mind, and spirit.  Although calming in nature, mental toughness, flexibility, and muscle building opportunities are interwoven throughout this meditative slow flow. Optional hands-on assistance is offered to all who would like to deepen their practice through safe, gentle touch.
