Deep Tissue Release

As we go through life, we all deal with constant growth opportunities, aka challenges, pain, hard work, trauma, and resistance. All of this accumulated impact shows up as tension in the muscles, tendons, and joints. Your body can hold tension from events many years in the past. It won’t let go unless you know how to release it. Yoga is one of the most effective modalities to heal and release tension, trauma, and blockages.
