Clinics are specialized training regiments designed and executed to prepare you for specific events or help you reach the next level of fitness you have been striving for. Obstacle Clinic


Obstacle
Obstacle course, heart rate training, and specified athletic stretching. Multiple certified personal trainers and performance enhancement specialists with years of obstacle course experience will be working together to get you to the peak level of fitness for your next obstacle course race.

TriClinic


Tri Clinic
Each Tri Clinic will focus on a different aspect of the triathlon with the transition to the next section. This clinic is set up to accommodate all levels of experience from beginner to expert. Every session will give you valuable experience, an intense workout, and knowledge to increase your triathlon performance.

Meditation Clinic


Meditation Clinic
This workshop focuses on helping people successfully meditate by exploring various modalities and focal points. Please bring a mat, water, journal, pen, blanket, and pillow. This is led by Master Yoga Instructor Ian White.


Sp-Inspire


Sp-Inspire
Sp-Inspire is taught by Summit’s elite Spin instructor Steve Olsen. This is not your typical Spin class! This class focuses on recovery, relaxation, and finding your life’s inspiration. Extra amenities and support will ensure a positive experience!

Fit Kids


Two Hours of Fun and Exercise!
Every 30 minutes kids will rotate between activities including: Kids Yoga, Track Challenge, Team Dynamics, PHIIT, Dance, and More!

Latin Rhythmic Movements


Latin Rhythmic Movements
Bootcamp style clinic for developing technique in Latin Dances including Cha-Cha, Samba, Rumble, Paso Doble, and Jive. This clinic will test the limits of your coordination and skill while teaching and improving your dance technique. No partner is needed!

Acro Yoga
An introduction to the physical practice that combines yoga and basic acrobatics. Grab a friend and build strength and trust through play! All levels welcome, come and have fun!

Join us for a 4 session clinic designed to help you hit your physical PEAK


SUP Clinics
Come get some vitamin D in our outdoor pool in these workouts. Challenge your balance and strengthen your core as your complete the tasks required for these clinics. SUP Clinics include: SUP Strength, SUP Yoga, and SUP Shake!
