High Low

Reminiscent of the {aerobics} glory days, this format is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady state cardio workout without the impact of burpees or cardio push tracks. *Water and towel required.

Xtreme Hip Hop Step

Retro revamp! A revamp of traditional step aerobics, Xtreme Hip Hop Step is a high-energy, toning, and cardio-focused fitness class - all with a hip hop vibe. Join us for some good vibes, good music, and a great sweat! *Water and towel required.


LDUB CLUB is an “out of the ordinary, high-energy and fun” class combining a balanced blend of dance and fitness. This class offers muscle specific routines, cardio and a ton of positive vibes! This class is a positive, comfortable, safe space to “Just Be” – with the belief in being active, engaging muscles, building stamina, cardio strength and improving mental fitness.
