A hardcore fun fitness class that combines interval training and easy-to-follow choreography with music you love! Burn a crazy amount of calories and sculpt your entire body with intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. It really is BODY SCULPTING FUN!

High Low

Reminiscent of the {aerobics} glory days, this format is based on traditional aerobics principles that create a steady state cardio workout without the impact of burpees or cardio push tracks.


DanceFIT is a fun, high-energy workout that engages the entire body as well as the mind. With easy to follow dance choreography combined with fitness-based movements, you will be sweating, dropping it low, and shaking what your mama gave you!


LDUB CLUB is an “out of the ordinary, high-energy and fun” class combining a balanced blend of dance and fitness. This class offers muscle specific routines, cardio and a ton of positive vibes! This class is a positive, comfortable, safe space to “Just Be” – with the belief in being active, engaging muscles, building stamina, cardio strength and improving mental fitness. Total body workout, spirit mind and body. It’s “Dance Fitness Fun”. Getting fit while getting your groove on!


Let's dance! In this hip-shaking, body-rolling, and booty-popping dance class, you'll move to your favorite hip hop hits! A few trendy R&B and pop hits might even crash the party. Get ready to sweat while having a great time!

Spicy DanceFit

This DanceFit class embraces a variety of dance genres and gets that heart rate up! Get ready to sweat to your favorite songs and you dive deep into your rhythmic self.


All the benefits of Zumba plus the challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights) to help you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!


A twist on classic Step Aerobics! using the step platform you know and love, you'll sweat, burn calories, and have a blast as you move through easy-to-follow choreography and sculpt your way through high-rep, low-resistance body toning moves. See you in class!


We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.
