Dance fitness is exercise in disguise. We instinctually move to music so why not reap the rewards of movement at the same time? Our Dance Fitness classes will keep you moving – and moving burns calories. Our upbeat music and energetic instructors will keep you so entertained you’ll forget your working out! Dance your way into shape all while having the time of your life.

High Fitness

A hardcore fun fitness class that combines interval training and easy-to-follow choreography with music you love! Burn a crazy amount of calories and sculpt your entire body with intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. It really is BODY SCULPTING FUN!

Zumba

Take the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie- burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you’ll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

Zumba Toning

All the benefits of Zumba plus the challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights) to help you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

U-Jam

Join in this fun, athletic hip hop dance fitness workout that combines easy to learn steps and high energy for a workout that will get your heart rate up, your body moving, and make you work up a sweat in no time – all while having a blast.

Phunk Fit

L-Dub Club

LDUB CLUB is an “out of the ordinary, high-energy and fun” class combining a balanced blend of dance and fitness. This class offers muscle specific routines, cardio and a ton of positive vibes! This class is a positive, comfortable, safe space to “Just Be” – with the belief in being active, engaging muscles, building stamina, cardio strength and improving mental fitness. Total body workout, spirit mind and body. It’s “Dance Fitness Fun”. Getting fit while getting your groove on!

Dirty Beatz

Fierce and feisty! Find your sultry and sexy vibe on the dance floor through passionate, seductive, and alluring moves. Your lips, hips, and thighs have never felt more alive! *Water and towel required.

Double Step

Step is back! An original in the 80’s and 90’s aerobics craze, Step is making its way back into popularity. Come join this fun, calorie-burning, muscle-building classic choreographed dance class. Incorporating two steps into the choreography, there’s no better way to sculpt those legs, glutes, and get a great cardio workout! *Water and towel required.

Dirty Hip Hop, Chair

Incorporating a chair into seductive hip hop routines, this class will awaken those guilty pleasures! Join McKenzie for this fun and electrifyingly sultry dance class!
