About

I first fell in love with tennis around the time when I was the same height as my racket, playing in fun group lessons with my friends as a 6-year-old. As my ambition grew, so did my understanding of how important it was to love the process of improving. Setting goals, practicing efficiently and creating a fun environment was crucial to my enjoyment of this lifelong sport. Teaching became an important way for me to retain what I was learning, thus I started coaching kids at the young age of 13. Tennis continued to play a significant role in my life as I went on to win 3 state championships in high school, make it to nationals in college and continued to help others around me reach their goals through coaching. As I studied for my Master’s degree in Business, I helped coach my team to a conference championship at Colorado Mesa University and recently did the same for Dixie State University’s tennis team. I continue to play tournaments when I can, signing up for tournaments, hitting with the college team, and using the trusty ball machine that never seems to miss!

Fun Fact

I was on ESPN in New York at the US Open when Andy Murray used me as his motivational coach, only to have him smash his racket at the end of the match and hand it to me in the crowd.
