Twisted Noodle wanted to promote working out, eating healthy and fueling the body. So They dropped the carbs to promote higher weight loss while still having complex carbs to fuel the body as a natural energy source using whole wheats, quinoa and brown rice.

Twisted Noodle upped the protein of our meals for weight loss and muscle growth! Fat% is found in animal protein and natural fats in olive oil, coconut, avocado ect.
