Elizabeth’s fitness foundation is built on the scientific principles of interval training. Playing three varsity sports in high school and earning her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology from BYU, Elizabeth’s experience and education set the stage for her continued success as an instructor, trainer, and coach.
Elizabeth has a soft spot for “newbies” and enjoys helping learn to love fitness. Incorporating intervals into her trainings, she pushes her clients to see how efficiently they can reach their cardiovascular and strength goals. Elizabeth’s expertise supports, guides, and encourages a healthy and active lifestyle.
