Sheri specializes in molding the beginner exerciser. Her specialties include: Weight Loss, Pregnant/Postpartum Fitness, and assisting her clients by building their confidence, strength and endurance. Focusing on Functional movements prepares her clients in making their everyday lives better and easier. She excels at varying workouts to assist her clients push past plateaus! Sheri believes and encourages group training as it helps build life-long friendships and assists in accountability.
Sheri has four young children and her commitment to applying her fitness philosophy to her own well being demonstrates that her training techniques are incredibly successful.
