“Steve and I have been training together for about 4 months. I’ve gone from 236 pounds to 213 pounds (-23 lbs) in that time frame. I trust Steve for a couple of reasons. One, is that I’m 64 years old and I have a lot of hard milage on my body. I have one really bad knee and two bad shoulders for a start. He understands that and creates exercise routines that do not re-injure those areas that are already hurt. Second is that some how he manages to do that but also gives me a workout that is MUCH harder than anything that I’ve been able to do on my own. Plus his workouts take about 1/2 the time that my workouts did. If I have a particularly bad day he’ll follow up with an e-mail to see how I’m doing which I really appreciate.Best Regards- Don Parker
Steve writes down the workout each week (that have gotten progressively more difficult) and gives them to me. I type them up and then laminate them so I have them for future reference. Steve also follows up on how I’m eating which has really made the most difference in terms of weight loss. Having someone care about what I eat makes me more cognizant of my food choices throughout the week.
I’ve never used a professional trainer before and I wish I had done this years ago. Very good experience. ”
