My name is Tanden Bell. My style of training is very functional. I believe that mastering control of your body is the ultimate goal of training. Together we will learn and practice proper lifting technique, and I will show you how to get the most out of your time here at the Summit. I specialize in weight management, functional strength, and body-age reversal. Kettlebells are an integral part of my training. I tailor each workout to your needs, and look forward to assisting you in reaching your specific fitness goals.
