Functional Training is a buzz phrase in the industry! The benefits of functional training are far-reaching and can assist in improving your body’s natural and optimal capabilities in all types of movements. From improving your gait to attacking an obstacle course, functional training is an important component to your fitness routine.


Rugged

Class Level: Beginner

Fascia is the connective tissue that connects every part of the body from head to toe. It is also the posture organ, contains the fiber optics of the body, and flows the lymphatic system. When dried out, Fascia becomes toxic, hard, tense, knotted, stiff, painful, limits range of motion, and more! By rolling with the Fascianation Method, we re-hydrate and smooth the Fascia to return proper posture, range of motion, agility, muscle definition, and release the body from pain.

Fascianator

Class Level: Beginner

We are taking Bootcamp to the next level! Incorporating smaller equipment and focusing primarily on intense functional training, Hard Core Chaos will take down the most avid Bootcamp participant. Get ready to sweat, shake, and soar to the highest peak in your functional training.


TRX

Class Level: Beginner

Functional training at its finest! Exercising on the TRX Suspension Trainer forces the use of core strength to stabilize the body. Every movement executed on the TRX, from the TRX Biceps Curl to the TRX Side Plank, taxes the entire system as an interconnected series of kinetic chains replicating how the body moves in sport and in life.


Pickleball Live

Class Level: Beginner

This Pickleball class is designed for everybody to enjoy a social, fun, and competitive atmosphere. They will learn everything they need to know about the fastest growing sport in America. Examples are rules, scoring, fundamentals, and strategies. This is a great way to exercise and have fun doing it!

Live Ball

Class Level: Beginner

This is a non-instructional class made up of fast-paced doubles games such as Run & Gun, Defender, Wave, Twenty-One, Reaction Volleys, Scramble Doubles, and much more. Most players that attend have are between a 3.0 – 4.5 skill level, but all levels are welcome. Bring your racket and show off your skill with a good group of 20 or more players that attend each week!


Cardio Tennis

Class Level: Beginner

Take your tennis game to the next level! Classic tennis drills are transformed into heart-pumping and functional workouts. Intertwined with classic TRX® exercises creates a powerful combination of skill-based stamina that transfers to your tennis game. *Tennis racquet required.
