Our everyday activities combined with gravity create compressed joints which coupled with improper body alignment causes muscle tightness, joint deterioration, and loss of functional movement . These issues can cause pain and loss of functionality This program is designed specifically to put your body back in it’s proper alignment, decompress your joints, and get you moving freely again – all without pain.


Healthy Posture

Class Level: Beginner

Release stress and pressure from the neck, back, and shoulders through this combination of therapy-based exercises and Pilates fundamentals. Increase core strength, muscle lengthening, and healthy joint mobility while learning how Pilates inspired breathing can assist in every aspect of your life. *Mat required

Healthy Posture Variety

Class Level: Beginner

Part of the Healthy Posture Program, this incorporates the core components of Healthy Posture. In addition, a variety of additional low-impact exercises done on the floor to strengthen the body’s “powerhouse” (abs, glutes, and back) will be included. All levels welcome. * Mat Required.
