Power Pilates

Class Level: Beginner

Within a Power Pilates® class you will be empowered to discover your inner strength, transform mind and body, increase stamina, improve your health and achieve a new and exciting physical well-being. Your body will totally transform from the inside out. Your posture will improve, your abdominals, back and buttocks will strengthen and become more visibly toned, and your arms and legs will become leaner. Your energy level will dramatically increase. Chronic back pain and other debilitating physical ailments will decrease significantly as your range of motion and mobility improves. People around you will notice a substantial difference in your overall appearance. *Mat required.

At the Barre

Class Level: Beginner

Barre fundamentals at their finest. Explore and enhance your body’s peak alignment in this Pilates-based class. Experience hands on guidance as you gracefully tighten and tone your body towards its maximum potential. *Mat strongly encouraged.

Booty Barre

Class Level: Beginner

A fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. The perfect combination of strength and flexibility with an added cardiovascular element utilizing the barre. *Mat encouraged.
