Mike Kelly

Michael has been an active individual all his life. He started playing sports in Middle School and still enjoys playing them recreationally to this day. His favorite activities are volleyball, pickleball, weightlifting, and running.

Although Michael was active during his youth, a high-speed crash on his motorcycle during his 20s put him in a physically weakened state. Torn tendons in both knees, and 5 full fractures in his left foot; he underwent 3 surgeries on his legs and feet, and 9 months of physical therapy. It was during this time that Michael experienced the connection between physical and mental health. Determined to rehab himself to his previous state, he began learning as much as he could about human anatomy. It was during this time that he realized his fascination with the musculoskeletal system. Nowadays, Michael loves teaching others how resilient and adaptive the human body can be, and helping others achieve their physical potential!
