Barre

By using small, controlled movements, isometric holds and high repetition, as well as short cardio bursts, you can develop a strong, long, and lean physique. Many songs are barre less which also helps build your balance and stability while improving your overall core strength.

*Water, towel, and mat required.

Special olympics - Lane 7 and 8 reserved

Saturday:  2:00pm – 3:00pm

Private Lessons - Lane  8 reserved

Reserved all hours for private lessons

Master Swim - Lane  5-8 reserved

Starting April 2 ~ Tues and Thurs 12:00 pm- 1 pm

Please exit lap lanes 5 minutes prior to class.
