Dance fitness is exercise in disguise. We move to music so why not reap the rewards of movement at the same time? Our Dance Fitness classes will keep you moving – and moving burns calories. Our upbeat music and energetic instructors will keep you entertained you’ll forget your working out!

High Fitness

A hardcore fun fitness class that combines interval training and easy-to-follow choreography with music you love! Burn a crazy amount of calories and sculpt your entire body with intense cardio peaks and toning tracks. It really is BODY SCULPTING FUN!

DanceFIT

DanceFIT is a fun, high-energy workout that engages the entire body as well as the mind. With easy to follow dance choreography combined with fitness-based movements, you will be sweating, dropping it low, and shaking what your mama gave you!

 

LDUB CLUB

LDUB CLUB is an “out of the ordinary, high-energy and fun” class combining a balanced blend of dance and fitness. This class offers muscle specific routines, cardio and a ton of positive vibes! This class is a positive, comfortable, safe space to “Just Be” – with the belief in being active, engaging muscles, building stamina, cardio strength and improving mental fitness. Total body workout, spirit mind and body. It’s “Dance Fitness Fun”. Getting fit while getting your groove on!

STEP

A twist on classic Step Aerobics! using the step platform you know and love, you’ll sweat, burn calories, and have a blast as you move through traditional Step choreography and sculpt your way through high-rep, low-resistance body toning moves. See you in class!

Zumba Toning​

All the benefits of Zumba plus the challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights) to help you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!

High Low

Experience a modern twist on low-impact aerobics in a non-stop, action-packed mix of cardio and toning tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This no-equipment format uses simple, set choreography to create an effective steady-state cardio workout. High Low is easy to follow and a total blast! Adaptable to all levels of fitness, you can go low, but you will always leave feeling HIGH!

RIOT

The perfect combination of cardio class and dance workshop. We get our HIIT by stopping in between some tracks to break down choreography that may be more technical, so you can feel empowered and add your style. Riot is centered around confidence and community. You deserve to feel sexy, take up space, and be surrounded by a community that cheers loudly when you step out of your comfort zone.
