This data is then used in a very simple point system, called MEPS (Myzone Effort Points), to give users a sense of satisfaction and achievement. It ensures all of your effort is rewarded. Have you ever wondered if you’re getting the most out of your workouts and maximizing your time spent in the gym? Well, now you don’t have to ask those questions. One of our professional fitness instructors, after getting your height, weight, body fat %, and brief family history will assess any health risks you might have. After you have set some fitness goals they will outline a nutrition plan which will account for at least 50% of your goals then guide you through a workout designed to help you reach your goals.
