One of our professional fitness instructors ask the following, which will assess any health risks you might have.

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Body fat %
  • Brief family history

After you have set some fitness goals they will outline a nutrition plan which will account for at least 50% of your goals. Then they will guide you through a workout designed to help you reach your goals.


MyZone tracks every ounce of effort you put into exercise by the beat of your heart. This data is then used in a very simple point system, called MEPS (MyZone Effort Points), to give users a sense of satisfaction and achievement. It ensures all of your effort is rewarded.
