Reformer Control
This class is dedicated to developing profound control and precision in movement. Utilizing the reformer’s variation in spring resistance, exercises are executed with deliberate attention to form and pace, fostering enhanced stability, strength, and muscular engagement as we move at a slower pace unique to the Pilates method.
