Reformer Pilates offers a dynamic, full body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer machine, focusing on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each class emphasizes smooth, controlled resistance training, engaging muscles differently than traditional weight training. Our diverse class styles include Fundamentals, teaching proper techniques and alignment; Cardiovascular Focus, offering low to no impact cardio with a jumpboard; Restorative Style, for gentle, mindful movement; and Intense Strength, incorporating more complex movements for an advanced challenge.

REFORMER CONTROL

This class is dedicated to developing profound control and precision in movement. Utilizing the reformer’s variation in spring resistance, exercises are executed with deliberate attention to form and pace, fostering enhanced stability, strength, and muscular engagement as we move at a slower pace unique to the Pilates method. 

REFORMER FUNDAMENTAL FLOW

Your foundation for confident, powerful Pilates.  

Your essential starting point. Learn the foundational reformer movements with clear instruction, proper alignment, and safe technique. Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury, or anyone wanting to build a rock‑solid Pilates base.

REFORMER CARDIO FLOW

Low‑impact jumps. High‑energy burn.

A high‑energy blend of classic reformer work and jumpboard cardio. You’ll boost your heart rate, build strength, and challenge coordination, all with low‑impact, joint‑friendly movement. Fun, fast, and incredibly effective. Designed for all skill levels. 

REFORMER BURN

Turn up the intensity. Feel the fire.

This class layers resistance, intensity, and challenging transitions to keep your muscles firing from start to finish. Expect a powerful, athletic workout designed to push your strength and endurance. Some Pilates experience recommended.  
 

REFORMER BREATHE

Move gently. Breathe deeply. Reset fully.

A restorative, breath‑centered class that blends gentle movement, mindful stretching, and intentional pacing. Perfect for resetting the body, calming the mind, and reconnecting with your breath. Designed for all skill levels.

REFORMER BOOTY BURN

Lift, sculpt, and seriously fire up your glutes.

A glute‑focused powerhouse. This class targets your posterior chain with higher resistance, sculpting movements, and seamless transitions that keep your muscles engaged the entire time. Expect a serious burn and major strength gains. Prior Pilates experience encouraged.  

REFORMER TOWER

Elevate your strength with tower control.

A dynamic fusion of reformer movement and tower‑based resistance training. This class uses springs, bars, and straps to challenge your strength, stability, and control in entirely new ways. This 45‑minute class blends the precision of classical Pilates with the power of our Athletic Reformers. Rooted in controlled, intentional movement, Classic 45 follows a traditional flow while incorporating enhanced resistance to deepen muscular engagement. Expect deliberate pacing, continuous tension, and a strong emphasis on alignment, core integrity, and full‑body integration. Each sequence is designed to build strength, refine technique, and improve endurance, leaving you balanced, lengthened, and powerfully connected. Designed for all skill levels.

BURN 45

Slow pace. Strong burn. Serious results.

This 45‑minute Athletic Reformer class delivers a low‑impact, high‑intensity workout that fills the gap your routine has been missing. Built around slow, controlled movement and sustained tension, Burn 45 emphasizes muscular endurance, strength, and deep core activation. Expect intentional resistance, deliberate pacing, and a focused burn that challenges every major muscle group. You’ll leave feeling strong, lengthened, and powerfully aligned from the inside out. Some Pilates experience recommended.  

SWEAT 45

High energy. Low impact. Full‑body power.

This 45‑minute Sweat Reformer class is a high‑energy evolution of athletic reformer training, designed to elevate your heart rate while maintaining the precision and control of classical Pilates. Using continuous tension, dynamic transitions, and purposeful pacing, Sweat 45 blends strength and cardio to build endurance, power, and full‑body resilience. Performed on a larger, more responsive reformer, the movements stay low impact yet intensely demanding, driving heat, rhythm, and flow without sacrificing form. Expect a fast‑moving, sweat‑building experience that leaves you energized, sculpted, and unmistakably strong. Some Pilates experience recommended.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the popularity of our Reformer Pilates Trainings, bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $20 cancellation fee. A $25 no-show fee will apply to any missed sessions without prior cancellation.

Aqua Fit Classes – lanes 6–8 reserved

Monday/Wednesday 9:00am – 10:00am

Special olympics - Lane 7 and 8 reserved

Saturday:  2:00pm – 3:00pm

Private Lessons - Lane  8 reserved

Reserved all hours for private lessons

Master Swim - Lane  5-8 reserved

Starting April 2 ~ Tues and Thurs 12:00 pm- 1 pm

Please exit lap lanes 5 minutes prior to class.
