Reformer Pilates offers a dynamic, full body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer machine, focusing on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each class emphasizes smooth, controlled resistance training, engaging muscles differently than traditional weight training. Our diverse class styles include Fundamentals, teaching proper techniques and alignment; Cardiovascular Focus, offering low to no impact cardio with a jumpboard; Restorative Style, for gentle, mindful movement; and Intense Strength, incorporating more complex movements for an advanced challenge.

This 45‑minute class blends the precision of classical Pilates with the power of our Athletic Reformers. Rooted in controlled, intentional movement, Classic 45 follows a traditional flow while incorporating enhanced resistance to deepen muscular engagement. Expect deliberate pacing, continuous tension, and a strong emphasis on alignment, core integrity, and full‑body integration. Each sequence is designed to build strength, refine technique, and improve endurance, leaving you balanced, lengthened, and powerfully connected. Designed for all skill levels.
BURN 45

This 45‑minute Athletic Reformer class delivers a low‑impact, high‑intensity workout that fills the gap your routine has been missing. Built around slow, controlled movement and sustained tension, Burn 45 emphasizes muscular endurance, strength, and deep core activation. Expect intentional resistance, deliberate pacing, and a focused burn that challenges every major muscle group. You’ll leave feeling strong, lengthened, and powerfully aligned from the inside out. Some Pilates experience recommended.
SWEAT 45
High energy. Low impact. Full‑body power.
This 45‑minute Sweat Reformer class is a high‑energy evolution of athletic reformer training, designed to elevate your heart rate while maintaining the precision and control of classical Pilates. Using continuous tension, dynamic transitions, and purposeful pacing, Sweat 45 blends strength and cardio to build endurance, power, and full‑body resilience. Performed on a larger, more responsive reformer, the movements stay low impact yet intensely demanding, driving heat, rhythm, and flow without sacrificing form. Expect a fast‑moving, sweat‑building experience that leaves you energized, sculpted, and unmistakably strong. Some Pilates experience recommended.

Due to the popularity of our Reformer Pilates Trainings, bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the $20 cancellation fee. A $25 no-show fee will apply to any missed sessions without prior cancellation.
