Higher Learning Training Program Terms & Conditions
By registering for this Higher Learning training program, you agree to the following terms:
- Non-Refundable Deposit/Tuition: The deposit and tuition are non-refundable. Once paid, no refunds will be issued.
- Early-Bird Pricing: To receive early-bird pricing, tuition must be paid in full by the indicated date.
- Full Payment Required: Tuition must be paid in full by the training start date in order to proceed with participation in the training, or an approved and signed contracted payment plan must be in place (email kara@summitathleticclub.com for payment options)
- Liability: Summit Athletic Club assumes no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the course of the training program.
- Additional Purchases: Books, readings, and other materials required for the program are not included in the tuition and will require additional purchases.
- Training Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the minimum number of participants is not met, the training will be rescheduled. In this case, you will have the option to receive a full refund.
