Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the total service amount.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service amount.

Arriving late to your appointment will reduce your session time by the amount of time missed.

VIP monthly benefits must be used within the month and cannot be carried over.
