A fast-paced, 50-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout designed to boost your metabolism and fitness level. You’ll be pushed through 40 minutes of intense exercise with guided recovery periods to maximize fat burn and endurance.
Burn 90
A challenging 90-minute session that moves you quickly between stations using different equipment to keep your body guessing. Coached by a Personal Trainer, this class ensures you're pushed to your potential without overdoing it.
Functional Tread Zone
Improve your running skills with heart rate-guided coaching. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned runner, this treadmill-based workout pushes you when needed and helps you recover effectively, keeping you engaged the whole time.
Tread & Turf
Spend 50% of your workout on the treadmill and the other half on the turf using various equipment. It’s the perfect blend of cardio and strength training to help you achieve all-around fitness.
Functional Total Zone
Get a full-body workout using a variety of equipment at different stations, including TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and more. Each station is designed to challenge you, and no workout is ever the same.
