Welcome to Summit Group Training! Our nationally-recognized certified Personal Trainers will guide you through our scientific-based and results-oriented Summit Group Training program. Using MyZone technology, Summit Zone Group Training workouts are geared to help increase cardiovascular endurance, reduce body fat, increase muscle tone, and see an increase in your performance. Switching the daily goal between Power, Endurance, Speed , and Strength will keep you from plateauing and over training. We look forward to seeing you in Summit Zone Group Training!

Descriptions

H.I.I.T. Zone

A fast-paced, 50-minute Hugh-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout designed to boost your metabolism and fitness level. You’ll be pushed through 40 minutes of intense exercise with guided recovery periods to maximize fat burn and endurance.

Burn Zone

A challenging 90-minute session that moves you quickly between stations using different equipment to keep your body guessing. Coached by a Personal Trainer, this class ensures you’re pushed to your potential without overdoing it.

Tread Zone

Improve your running skills with heart rate-guided coaching. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned runner, this treadmill-based workout pushes you when needed and helps you recover effectively, keeping you engaged the whole time.

Total Zone

Get a full-body workout using a variety of equipment at different stations, including TRX, battle ropes, dumbbells, kettlebells, rowing machines, and more. Each station is designed to challenge you, and no workout is ever the same.

Treat & Turf Zone

Spend 50% of your workout on the treadmill and the other half on the turf using various equipment. It’s the perfect blend of cardio and strength training to help you achieve all-around fitness.

Fitness Fundamentals

Jump start your fitness journey with our Fitness Fundamentals Group Training! Perfect for beginners or those refreshing their skills, this program covers essential movements, proper form, walking tempos for endurance, and mobility exercises. Build confidence, master the basics, and create a sustainable routine in a supportive environment!

Terms & Conditions

Due to the popularity of our Group Trainings, bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

For example, a 6am Group Training booking must be canceled by 6am the day before the event in order to avoid the $5 cancellation fee.
