Reformer Pilates offers a dynamic, full-body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer machine, focusing on strength, flexibility, and body awareness. Each class emphasizes smooth, controlled resistance training, engaging muscles differently than traditional weight training. Our diverse class styles include Fundamentals, teaching proper techniques and alignment; Cardiovascular Focus, offering low to no-impact cardio with a jumpboard; Restorative Style, for gentle, mindful movement; and Intense Strength, incorporating more complex movements for an advanced challenge.

REFORMER FLOW
This class delivers a comprehensive, full-body workout, strategically engaging all major muscle groups. There is a precise emphasis on core activation and cultivating bodily equilibrium, promoting integrated strength and stability.
REFORMER CONTROL
This class is dedicated to developing profound control and precision in movement. Utilizing the reformer’s variation in spring resistance, exercises are executed with deliberate attention to form and pace, fostering enhanced stability, strength, and muscular engagement as we move at a slower pace unique to the Pilates method.
REFORMER FUNDAMENTAL FLOW
Designed for foundational understanding, this class meticulously introduces essential reformer movements. The focus is on correct form and precise technique to ensure optimal muscle engagement and safety. This class is highly recommended for individuals new to Pilates or those with injury concerns.
REFORMER CENTER - CORE (30-MINUTE)
Acknowledging the paramount importance of the core in all Pilates disciplines, this focused 30-minute session is dedicated to strengthening the body’s powerhouse. From the deep pelvic floor to the diaphragm, this workout aims to significantly enhance core strength, improve postural alignment, and increase spinal mobility.
REFORMER CARDIO FLOW
This class integrates traditional reformer movements with dynamic jumpboard exercises, creating a robust blend of cardiovascular conditioning and strength training. It targets diverse muscle groups while systematically enhancing coordination, proprioception, and core stability.
REFORMER BURN
This reformer class builds upon foundational principles, escalating intensity through challenging movements and increased resistance. A key focus is placed on demanding transitions, maintaining continuous engagement and challenge for participants throughout the workout. Prior fundamental Pilates knowledge is strongly encouraged.
REFORMER BREATH
The core of this flow reformer class lies in the deliberate practice of breath integration, balanced movement, and mindful stretching. Exercises are intentionally lighter, prioritizing restorative movements synchronized with controlled breathwork for enhanced physiological and mental well-being.
REFORMER BOOTY BURN
This class systematically advances your Pilates foundation with a specific and intense focus on the posterior muscles. It incorporates more demanding movements and higher resistance, all meticulously designed to elicit significant glute activation. Challenging transitions maintain consistent engagement, ensuring continuous muscular work. Fundamental Pilates knowledge is advised to maximize the benefits of this focused class.
