Massage Appointment Cancellation Policy
A 100% fee of the total service amount will be applied to any NO-SHOW.
A 50% fee of the total service amount will be applied to any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
If you are late to any scheduled appointment, the time missed will be deducted from your total appointment duration.
VIP monthly benefits are not to be carried over.
